Uncovering secrets of the Mariana Trench.

Image
The Mariana Trench is the deepest part of the world's oceans, located in the Western Pacific. It is a crescent-shaped trench that reaches a maximum depth of 36,070 feet (10,994 meters) at the Challenger Deep. The Mariana Trench is surrounded by the Mariana Islands and is located east of the Philippines. It has been a mystery for centuries, and scientists have been studying it for decades. In this article, we will explore the mystery of the Mariana Trench. Geological Formation of the Mariana Trench: The Mariana Trench is the result of the movement of tectonic plates. The Pacific Plate is moving northwestward and is being subducted under the Philippine Plate. The subduction of the Pacific Plate has created a deep trench in the Earth's crust. The trench is located in an area known as the Mariana Arc, which is a chain of volcanic islands that mark the boundary between the Pacific Plate and the Philippine Plate. The Mariana Trench has a complex geology, with different types of roc...

Mystry of North Sentinel Island.

Image
North Sentinel Island is a small, remote island located in the Bay of Bengal, which is part of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands of India. The island is approximately 23 square miles in size and is home to the Sentinelese people, one of the world's last uncontacted tribes. The Sentinelese are known for their hostile behavior towards outsiders, which has made it difficult for researchers to study them or for outsiders to visit the island. The Sentinelese people have been living on North Sentinel Island for an estimated 60,000 years. They have remained isolated from the rest of the world, which has allowed them to maintain their unique culture and way of life. Despite attempts to make contact with the tribe over the years, the Sentinelese have consistently refused to interact with outsiders. They have been known to attack anyone who attempts to approach their island, making it one of the most dangerous places in the world for outsiders. One of the most famous incidents involving the ...

Secrets of Bermuda Triangle.

Image
The Bermuda Triangle, also known as the Devil's Triangle, is a region in the western part of the North Atlantic Ocean where many ships and aircraft have disappeared under mysterious circumstances. While there are many theories about what causes these disappearances, the truth remains elusive. In this article, we will explore some of the secrets of the Bermuda Triangle. One of the most popular theories about the Bermuda Triangle is that it is home to a powerful and mysterious force that pulls ships and planes down into the depths of the ocean. This theory has been fueled by the numerous reports of ships and planes disappearing without a trace. However, scientists have been unable to find any evidence of such a force, and most experts now agree that there is no supernatural explanation for the disappearances. Another theory about the Bermuda Triangle is that it is the site of extraterrestrial activity. Some people believe that UFOs are responsible for the disappearances in the area...

World's deepest lab

Image
The Jinping Underground Laboratory (Jinping UGL) is a world-renowned research facility located beneath the Jinping Mountain in Sichuan Province, China. It is one of the deepest underground laboratories in the world, with a depth of 2,400 meters below the surface. The laboratory was built in 2010 as part of China's efforts to expand its scientific research capabilities. It is operated by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and has been designed to conduct experiments in the fields of particle physics, astrophysics, geology, and other related fields. The Jinping UGL is unique in several ways. First, its depth allows researchers to shield their experiments from cosmic rays, which can interfere with sensitive equipment. The laboratory is also shielded from the natural radioactivity present in the Earth's crust, allowing researchers to detect extremely rare events that would be impossible to detect on the surface. One of the main research areas at the Jinping UGL is the study of neutrin...

Unraveling the Mystery of Dark Matter: The Invisible Backbone of the Universe

Image
The universe is a vast and enigmatic place, filled with wonders that challenge our understanding of physics and cosmology. One of the greatest mysteries of modern science is the elusive substance known as dark matter. Though it cannot be seen or directly detected, scientists believe it makes up about 27% of the universe. But what exactly is dark matter, and why is it so crucial to our understanding of the cosmos? What Is Dark Matter? Dark matter is a form of matter that does not emit, absorb, or reflect any electromagnetic radiation, making it completely invisible to traditional telescopes. Its presence, however, is inferred from its gravitational effects on visible matter, radiation, and the large-scale structure of the universe. Without dark matter, the movements of galaxies and galaxy clusters cannot be adequately explained. The Evidence for Dark Matter The concept of dark matter was first proposed in the 1930s by Swiss astronomer Fritz Zwicky. While studying the Coma Cluster, h...

Pakistan court issues non-bailable arrest warrants for Imran Khan in woman judge threat case.

Image
A court in Pakistan on Wednesday issued non-bailable   arrest warrents  for former prime minister Imran Khan  in a case related to alleged threats made to a woman judge. Islamabad-based judicial magistrate Malik Aman presiding over the hearing rejected a plea by Khan's counsel to grant him exemption from in-person appearance. He also rejected a plea by Khan's lawyer to allow the former prime minister to appear on March 30 when the prosecution lawyer opposed the move by saying that he should have appeared by the deadline of the arrest warrants. The judge issued non-bailable arrest warrants against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief and directed the authorities to present him before the court on April 18. At the last hearing on March 24, the court converted the non-bailable arrest warrant issued for Khan into a bailable warrant. He was supposed to appear by March 29 but failed to come to the court. Earlier, Senior Civil Judge Rana Mujahid Rahim had on March 13 issued...

Let’s take a look. The Early Years Reed Hastings, one of Netflix's co-founders, has always been interested in the intersection of entertainment and technology. In the late 1980s, he started his own software company, Pure Software, which developed software for UNIX-based computers. During his time at Pure Software, Hastings met Marc Randolph, who had founded an online service called Freeloader that allowed users to share software over dial-up connections. Hastings and Randolph decided to start their own company together and named it Netflix after their shared passion for movies (the ...

JUICE Space Mission of Europe.

Image
NASA's JUpiter ICy moons Explorer (JUICE) mission is a flagship mission designed to explore the outer planets of our solar system. It is set to launch in 2022 and arrive at Jupiter in 2029, where it will study the giant planet and its icy moons Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto. The primary objective of the JUICE mission is to study the potential habitability of Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto, three of Jupiter's largest moons. These icy moons are believed to have subsurface oceans, which may contain the ingredients necessary for life. JUICE will investigate these moons in detail to better understand their potential for supporting life. The JUICE spacecraft is being developed by the European Space Agency (ESA), in partnership with NASA and several other international space agencies. The spacecraft will carry a suite of scientific instruments to study Jupiter and its moons, including cameras, spectrometers, and radar instruments. One of the key instruments on board JUICE is the Ul...

Tornadoes kill 23 and bring devastation to Mississippi.

Image
At least 23 people have died after tornadoes tore through the US state of Mississippi on Friday night. More people are thought to be trapped under the rubble of destroyed buildings. The twisters caused devastation in several rural towns, where trees and power lines were torn down and tens of thousands of power outages were reported.
